Good4.Global (hereinafter “ G4G ”) thanks you for enriching the G4G community with your presence and for carrying with us the vision and intention of this societal project.
Good4.Global (G4G) is a social enterprise working in the sustainable development sector. Through an innovative and inclusive platform, G4G offers a positive space for businesses, organizations, and citizens who want to discover and invest in a new model of prosperity. The G4G hub therefore brings together, within a consistently positive environment, the necessary tools for a comprehensive and scalable SDG approach, whether for individuals, SMEs, or organizations. G4G is aligned with the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), allowing businesses, organizations, and citizens to measure their actions using a recognized and widely documented framework at both the national and international levels.
As a user (citizen, business or organization (hereinafter collectively “ Members ”) of the G4G platform, you contribute to the achievement of the SDGs and the economic prosperity of your locality.
Emerging from this new generation of social marketing, G4G creates a unique opportunity for collaboration between citizens, businesses and organizations who believe that a better world is within reach.
Terms and Conditions of Use
We invite you to carefully read the terms and conditions of use (hereinafter ” Conditions “) before joining the G4G community and/or using our web platform. This agreement, which is in effect for an indefinite period, constitutes a legal commitment, which is in effect from the moment you use the platform and/or become a member of G4G.
By using G4G, including any related products or services, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth herein. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at our sole discretion and without prior notice. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, please do not use the G4G program or visit this website. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of each Member to ensure that they are aware of the current terms and conditions and of all products and services related to G4G.
Uploading and publishing information
Subject to any restrictions or limitations on your use of G4G, you may download and print portions of the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Subject to compliance with all the terms of this document, you may not upload to, distribute on, or publish on the G4G Platform any material or message that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, invasive of another’s privacy or objectionable, or that may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any person, or otherwise give rise to liability or violate the law.
Unless you have a duly valid G4G plan that allows you to do so, you may not upload commercial messages to the G4G Platform or use the Website to solicit others to join another or competing online commercial service or any other current or future organization or program.
Each Member personally undertakes that the data transmitted will not be of a nature to harm the legitimate interests of any third parties. Each Member fully and unconditionally releases G4G from any and all claims, based directly or indirectly on these statements and/or data, that may be brought by anyone against G4G. Any Member who has retained paid or unpaid products or services in connection with G4G undertakes, on behalf of his company and/or personally, to take charge of the full payment of all sums, whatever they may be, including sums resulting from the claim of a third party against G4G, including lawyers’ fees and court costs.
G4G reserves the right to modify any information, message, document, or any other element displayed by Members, without notice.
Approval of advertisements and advertising messages
G4G is composed of a local directory and search engine to promote businesses and organizations that proactively choose to position themselves in this new prosperity model. Citizens can consult this local directory and search engine, which allows citizens to direct their support and/or purchasing power to local organizations and/or businesses that are sensitive and willing to contribute to achieving the SDGs. Member companies can, according to various packages, advertise their products and services using this directory. G4G has full decision-making authority, as the sole judge, regarding the advertising to be inserted on its website and in connection with G4G, which reserves the right to reject at any time, delete, modify or shorten any advertisement, registration or graphic material. For the purposes hereof, the expression ” graphic material ” means all material inserted on the G4G website or in connection with G4G, including, but not limited to, the name, address, logo, profile, description of activities, services or products and trademarks, promotions, photos, videos and offers of the company or member organization.
The member company or organization represents and guarantees the authenticity of all facts stated in the advertisement displayed on this site and link with G4G, as well as the consequences resulting therefrom, and attests that it is authorized or authorized to use all the content of the graphic material, including any photograph or illustration or to promote the company or organization, profession, service, product, trademark or trade name appearing or described in said advertisement. In addition, the member company or organization agrees to defend and hold harmless G4G and its affiliated or affiliated companies, as well as their respective directors, shareholders and employees, against any claim or lawsuit related to said advertisement alleging infringement of a trademark, trade name, copyright or any other right, or which may give rise to any liability or damage whatsoever at law.
Harassment and Identity Theft
Harassment of any kind is prohibited, including the use of obscene or abusive language in emails. Impersonating a member and/or the name of another person, our employees, including those of listed companies, representatives, or other G4G Members or visitors is prohibited.
Limited access
Certain sections of the site may be reserved for companies/collaborators, G4G agencies, supporters, partners, organizations, associations, foundations, etc., after verification of their identity.
Consequences of failure to comply with the conditions
Any case of fraud, abuse, theft of information, unauthorized intrusion, false information or non-compliance with the conditions may result, at the sole discretion of G4G, in temporary or permanent expulsion from G4G, without notice.
Copyright and Trademarks
All content related to G4G, including related products and services, including designs, programming code, graphics, text, interfaces, content selection and arrangement (the ” Content “), is owned by G4G, or belongs to the identified owner who has authorized us to use them. All G4G content is protected by copyright; it is strictly prohibited to publish, reproduce, rebroadcast, transmit or use it in any way without the prior written consent of G4G. All trade names (” trademarks “), whether registered or not, are owned by G4G or belong to the respective owner who has granted us the right and authorization to use them.
Without limiting the foregoing, you are expressly prohibited from: (a) licensing or reselling any data obtained from the G4G platform, (b) creating a site similar to or derived from G4G, (c) using or allowing any third party to use any data obtained using G4G for the purpose of enhancing, enriching, verifying, compiling, adding to or deleting from an address list, one or more geographical directories, business directories, classified ad directories, classified ads or any other compilation of information sold, rented, published or provided, regardless of the method, to any third party, (d) using any data obtained to provide yourself or through a third party, a service or product not authorized by these terms of use, or (e) reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or otherwise modifying any data obtained without the approval of G4G.
Suggestions for links to other sites
Unless otherwise agreed upon with G4G, if you submit suggestions, ideas, improvements, concepts, etc., you hereby assign to us all your rights to them and waive all moral rights that may be attached to them, in perpetuity, irrevocably, for the entire world. Consequently, you give us the right to integrate, improve, distribute and publish them in any form whatsoever, including for promotional and advertising purposes.

The G4G Program strives to provide all of its visitors with increased value. Therefore, we may offer you links to other websites that are owned and operated by us or third parties. Because these are third parties, and most of them are not affiliated with us, we have no control over these linked sites. Their data collection and privacy practices are therefore separate and independent from our own. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for, and we make no guarantees whatsoever, as to the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the information contained on these websites. The inclusion of links on our website should not imply that we sponsor, endorse, are affiliated or associated with, or are legally authorized to use any trademarks, trade names, programs, service marks, designs, logos, symbols or other copyrighted material displayed on or accessible through such sites.

G4G understands that respecting and protecting personal information are fundamental values in our relationships with citizens, partners, businesses, and organizations participating in G4G. G4G collects information to perform several tasks, including the following: administering G4G, including managing members’ accounts to record and update information, producing Members’ account statements, communicating information and offers or promotions, understanding and analyzing Members’ responses, needs and preferences, developing, improving, marketing or offering products and services that meet users’ needs, securing access to information and preventing unauthorized access, use or disclosure, communicating information about G4G, and informing Members of offers, promotions and contests. Only authorized personnel have access to personal information. Members’ personal information is considered an asset of G4G. In the event that G4G is transferred to a new owner, this personal information will be transferred to the new owner and will be considered one of our assets.
Member information is processed and stored in confidential and secure cloud databases . Members have the right to access the information G4G holds about them, subject to legal restrictions, and may request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information. G4G does not give, sell, or rent Member information to any company, organization, or person other than Member companies or organizations. Furthermore, Member companies or organizations do not have direct access to the databases; the information is limited to data compilations or statistics. Cookies and automatic recordings of session data are not resold to third parties.
You can visit our site anonymously. We collect information only from you when you register on the site, place an order, complete a transaction, enter a contest, respond to a survey, or otherwise interact with G4G. During a transaction or registration, we may ask you for your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, or other information. G4G shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or monetary damages, even if we have been previously advised of the possibility that they may be claimed, whether in contract, tort, tort, or any other legal theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of services or products offered and information or messages in connection with the G4G Program. This limitation of liability clause applies notwithstanding the failure of any limited remedy available at law.
Any Member or anyone who uses this website or G4G agrees to use it at their own risk, consents and declares that they cannot claim otherwise.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec in force, and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Province of Quebec, in the judicial district of Papineau. If any provision of the Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, this shall not have the effect of rendering all other provisions invalid, the invalid provision being severed from the other provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in force.
If you suffer any harm or disagree in any way with the provisions of these Terms, your sole recourse is to leave this Website and stop using G4G. These Terms, along with all other legal notices posted on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between G4G and any user with respect to the use of G4G, its Website and its Content.
Geolocation
G4G uses location-based services and technologies. By using G4G with your mobile phone, or any other electronic device that uses location-based technologies, you agree to transmit to G4G information about your exact location (such as GPS signals) transmitted by your mobile phone or information that allows us to determine your approximate location (such as a GSM cell ID).
General remarks
Unless otherwise stated, our website is for your personal use and not for commercial purposes. The information on this website is for general interest only. G4G makes no representations regarding the maintenance of this website or G4G, and we reserve the right to discontinue G4G at any time, at our sole discretion, and without prior notice. Membership in G4G
Basic membership in G4G is free. Participating Members may, at their discretion, take advantage of additional paid products and services offered by G4G. To join G4G, you must have a valid address and be of legal age in your jurisdiction of residence.
Registration, activation and connection
Members of any group must complete a form to activate their G4G account. Each Member is responsible for keeping their Member profile information up to date. A username and password are required to access your account information and certain features.
Anyone who knows your username and password will have unrestricted access to your Membership account and may change the password associated with your account and your personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and all transactions that occur while you use that username and password. In addition, you are responsible for notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from any unauthorized access, whether initiated by another Member, any person including a hacker, or resulting from your failure to comply with all provisions of this Agreement.
Applicable fees
All service fees, where indicated, applicable taxes required by government authorities, and all other applicable fees, costs, and surcharges related to rewards or gifts received in connection with G4G are your responsibility. All rewards are subject to restrictions imposed by suppliers, sponsors, or affiliated partners. We disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, defect, injury, death, or expense attributable to any reward or if, for any reason, such rewards do not meet your expectations. This disclaimer applies even if we or our representatives are advised of the possibility of such costs or consequences.
Termination and Modification
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and any aspect of G4G, without prior notice from us.
General information
These Terms and Conditions may differ from what you know about G4G. They constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your G4G membership, your entitlement, and other benefits to which you are entitled, and supersede any prior version. There are no conditions, representations, or warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, other than those expressly stated herein. If you deal with us over the Internet, you agree to conduct business electronically. We have full authority to interpret these Terms and Conditions and to resolve any questions or disputes relating to G4G, unless we decide otherwise. Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions, including their validity, existence, enforceability, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, and any civil tort, will be finally resolved by an arbitrator, to the exclusion of the courts. Arbitration will take place in the Province of Quebec, and in accordance with the laws of that Province. In all other respects, the arbitration proceedings will be governed by the Quebec Arbitration Act. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in the strictest confidence, and no facts or aspects of the dispute will be disclosed to any person except as necessary to resolve the dispute. We will not be considered to have waived our rights under any circumstances.

Respect for trademarks
All users are subject to respecting the trademark(s) established by G4G. Members acknowledge that respecting these trademarks enhances the appeal of G4G. Therefore, as a Member, you agree to never harm our brand images through personal comments or through gestures or communications of any kind that could undermine the reputation and credibility of G4G. It is strictly forbidden to use logos, slogans, icons or other elements of the images presented by G4G, without its written consent. Members must adhere to the graphic tools and standards made available to them to use and promote G4G. No Member is authorized to alter or modify any trademark, marketing tools related to G4G, its form, vision, intention, content or operation.
Force majeure
In the event that events beyond G4G’s control seriously compromise G4G’s ability to maintain its activities, the program may be suspended or abolished in part or in whole.
